As part of a pioneering internal research initiative, we are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to contribute to the design of a theoretical framework and algorithmic tools realted to neural connectivity biomarkers associated with cognitive dysfunction across psychiatric disorders and other conditions.
This unique opportunity bridges academic and industry innovation, with direct real-world applications. The Postdoctoral Researcher will work independently yet collaboratively with our internal R&D and software development teams and will have opportunities to engage with academic and clinical experts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a comprehensive review of functional connectivity biomarkers in psychiatric neuroscience, synthesizing findings into a theoretical framework.
• In collaboration with the development team, participate in the design of modular algorithms involving phase and graph theory metrics and validations on EEG datasets.
• Provides detailed documentation of frameworks and algorithms for integration into our computational qEEG platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure scalability and adaptability of proposed methodologies.
• Contribute to whitepapers, technical presentations, and publications to disseminate findings and promote the research initiative.
• Position the initiative as a thought leadership effort at the forefront of neuroscience and psychiatric research and develop content showcasing the initiative's progress.
• Organize webinars and network to engage researchers, clinicians, and industry professionals.
• Develop a content strategy to communicate key milestones and insights via social media and industry channels

Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in neuroscience, computational neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in functional connectivity analyses, inverse solution models, parcellations, etc.
• Preferred coding proficiency and algorithm development experience.
• The ability to translate complex ideas and cutting-edge hypotheses into actionable testable protocols.
• Strong interest in translational neuroscience and advancing mental health through innovation.

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand the adoption of our neuroscience software platform. Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy:
Identify new business opportunities in neuroscience, mental health, and computational research markets.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive adoption of our platform among pharma, academic, and clinician users.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including academic institutions, pharmaceutical companies, research organizations, and mental health centers.
Collaborate with internal teams to create value-driven proposals for potential partners.
Sales and Growth:
Lead efforts to achieve revenue growth through direct sales, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Platform Advocacy:
Represent our company and platform at conferences, webinars, and industry events to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.
Develop marketing and outreach materials in collaboration with the marketing team to communicate the platform’s unique value.
Customer Insights:
Gather and analyze feedback from current and prospective clients to inform product development and roadmap decisions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to refine our value proposition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in neuroscience, business, marketing, or a related field. (A background in neuroscience or experience in the mental health industry is strongly preferred.)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, ideally within the life sciences, SaaS, or health tech industries.
Proven track record of meeting revenue and growth targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
